Call me a sentimental old fool, but I saw these two ads, this one and the one following, and tears were running down my face.
It delights me beyond words that the rest of the world is finally getting to see a side of Newfoundland that we have known about for centuries, but our past inferiority complex would not have allowed us to imagine that others would see the beauty and character of this land that we love.
I just finished watching for about the 97th time, and noticed at the 0:47 second point the two men sitting on benches, one with a Newfoundland dog, and the other with a golden Labrador. I mean, really... how truly awesome is that???
